Per a new MOF announcement, out-of-pocket fertility treatment costs at government-recognized institutions can be claimed under "Medical & Maternity Expenses" on your income tax return.

IVF Subsidy 3.0 takes effect Nov 2025 with up to NT$150,000 per pregnancy. Becoming is also MOF-certified, so self-pay medical costs are tax-deductible.
