Ms. Y had long been affected by “hypogonadotropic hypogonadism（Hypo-hypo）.” Although her AMH level was as high as 9.69 and her ovaries showed polycystic characteristics, her menstrual cycles had remained irregular for many years, with almost no spontaneous ovulation. She often had to rely on medication to induce menstruation. In addition, her husband also had some fertility-related issues. After nearly two years of marriage, they had still been unable to conceive.
Through a friend’s recommendation, they came to “Becoming Reproductive Center.” After a comprehensive evaluation by Dr. Li Hui-Po, she was diagnosed with “hypogonadotropic hypogonadism（Hypo-hypo）.” Based on her individual condition and underlying cause, Dr. Li provided detailed counseling and designed a personalized IVF treatment plan, using a specialized ovarian stimulation regimen and trigger injection protocol. Ultimately, 21 eggs were successfully retrieved in a single egg retrieval cycle, while the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation was also successfully minimized. Multiple embryos with normal chromosomes were developed and confirmed through PGT-A testing.
At the appropriate time, Dr. Li transferred a chromosomally normal embryo. She successfully became pregnant and later delivered safely. Additional embryos remain properly cryopreserved, preserving the possibility of another pregnancy in the future. Through precise diagnosis and individualized treatment planning, Dr. Li helped resolve years of amenorrhea and infertility through a single egg retrieval and embryo transfer cycle, allowing this long-awaited family to finally welcome their own happiness.

I looked forward even more to every visit so I could see the baby’s adorable little image.

And on 12/02, I safely gave birth to our adorable baby.
Right now, I am working hard to learn how to take care of the baby.
