Good news — the government has rolled out the new "Infertility IVF Subsidy 3.0" program, giving more families stronger support on their journey to parenthood 🤍
✨ Key changes effective Apr 1, 2026
🔹 Embryo transfer limits (effective Apr 1, 2026)
- Under 38: up to 1 embryo per transfer
- 38 to under 45: up to 2 embryos per transfer
🔹 Parity counting (applies to applications from Apr 1, 2026)
Great news for parents hoping for a second or third child — parity counting is now more flexible!
You're no longer restricted to counting only births from subsidized cycles. Whether your previous child was conceived naturally or through a self-funded cycle, you can submit the relevant birth certificate and have your next pregnancy treated as a "first application" — qualifying for higher subsidies 💰
🔹 New rules for Plan D (treatment termination)
If a cycle is terminated under Plan D for special reasons:
- 👉 Before starting a new cycle, the cause of termination must be confirmed as resolved, so as to support the success of the next attempt
- 👉 A physician's certificate must be attached
