💖Egg Quality Care:

Generally speaking, women over the age of 38 with an AMH level between 0.5 and 1.1, who previously retrieved fewer than three oocytes, are considered what we call poor responders. For both patients and physicians, a poor response to medication presents a major challenge. Various ovarian stimulation protocols and adjunctive treatments have been proposed with the goal of improving pregnancy success rates in poor responders.

A healthy and well-developed follicle is ideally around 18-23mm in size. To support the development of high-quality eggs:

👩‍👦Nutritional Supplements:

Supplement with folic acid, inositol, vitamin D3, and Q10

👩‍👦Adjunctive Medication:

Dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) may help increase the number of antral follicles (Antral follicle), allowing multiple follicles to grow simultaneously during ovarian stimulation and potentially increasing the number of oocytes retrieved.
In most clinical studies, DHEA is started three months before IVF treatment at a dosage of 75mg per day and continued until the end of ovarian stimulation, which may help increase the number of oocytes retrieved.

💖Enhancing Endometrial Receptivity:

Before embryo transfer, we need to evaluate whether the endometrium is in optimal condition for implantation.

Research statistics indicate that women whose endometrial thickness reaches 8mm or more around the time of ovulation tend to have better pregnancy rates after embryo transfer. If the endometrium is too thin, evaluation and treatment by a specialist may be needed to help improve the likelihood of successful embryo implantation in the uterus.
