Five Methods for Selecting High-Quality Sperm

During infertility treatment, whether it is intrauterine insemination, IUI, or IVF, selecting healthy sperm is one of the key factors.
Here are five methods for sperm selection:
- 1.Washing, centrifugation, and supernatant method: morphology
- 2.Protein substance separation method: morphology
- 3.Microfluidic separation method: motility
- 4.Hyaluronic acid selection method: physiological characteristics
- 5.High-magnification microscopy, 6000X, selection method: morphology
Currently, the first method, sperm washing, is the most commonly used method for selecting sperm.
