Infertility can be considered a common health issue in modern society. Many couples have only a limited understanding of it, and some may even have misconceptions that cause them to miss the optimal treatment window. If you have been actively trying to conceive but have not received good news for a long time, Becoming Reproductive Center recommends arranging the following infertility-related examinations:
🔺Female Partner
- 🚩Blood Test: A blood test can be arranged on the second or third day of menstruation to evaluate hormones related to ovulation and ovarian function.
- 🚩Hysterosalpingography: Around the eighth or ninth day of the menstrual cycle, after menstrual bleeding has ended but before ovulation, a hysterosalpingography(HSG)can be arranged to check for uterine abnormalities and determine whether the fallopian tubes are open.
- 🚩Ultrasound Examination: For women with regular menstrual cycles, an ultrasound examination can be performed around the expected ovulation day on day 14 to check the uterus and ovaries for tumors, determine whether ovulation is occurring as expected, and assess whether the endometrium is suitable for embryo implantation.
🔺Male Partner
- 🚩Semen Analysis: Abstinence is required for 3-5 days before the examination.
- 🚩Don't hesitate any longer. Make an appointment for testing as soon as possible. Based on the examination results,
- 🚩you can further discuss a personalized treatment plan with your physician~
