A Complete QA Collection on Infertility-Related Examinations

Infertility can be considered one of the modern health issues of today’s society.

Many couples only have a limited understanding of it, and some may even have incorrect concepts, causing them to miss the golden treatment window.

If you have been actively trying to conceive but have not received good news for a long time, Yun-I recommends arranging the following infertility-related examinations:

For women 👧

📌 Blood tests:
On day 2 or day 3 of the menstrual cycle, blood tests can be arranged to check hormones related to ovulation and ovarian function.

📌 Hysterosalpingography:
On day 8 or day 9 of the menstrual cycle, after menstruation has ended and before ovulation, a hysterosalpingography, HSG, can be arranged to check whether the uterus has any structural abnormalities and whether the fallopian tubes are open.

📌 Ultrasound examination:
For women with regular menstrual cycles, an ultrasound examination can be performed around day 14, the expected ovulation day, to check whether there are tumors in the uterus or ovaries, whether ovulation is occurring as expected, and whether the endometrium is suitable for implantation.

For men 🧑

📌 Semen analysis:
Abstinence for 3–5 days is required before the test.

Do not hesitate any longer. Schedule your examination now.

Based on the test results, you can further discuss a personalized treatment plan with your doctor.

Yun-I wishes your dreams come true!
