Today, we are truly overjoyed because the first couple who achieved pregnancy after egg retrieval, embryo culture, and embryo transfer at #BRCIVF finally saw their baby’s heartbeat today 💝
They are a Japanese couple working in Taipei who had been married for six years but had not been able to conceive.
After BRCIVF opened in April, they underwent egg retrieval on April 24 and transferred one thawed frozen embryo on June 23. Today, at 6 weeks and 1 day of pregnancy, the fetal heartbeat was finally seen on ultrasound 💕!
The mother-to-be was moved to tears with joy. It turns out that today is also her birthday, making this successful pregnancy feel like the most precious birthday gift from above 🎁
