Twins have a higher risk of premature birth. Well-cultured embryos and SET / Life will naturally find a way 🤗
The babies' mother was 33 years old. Last October, I transferred a frozen embryo graded 6AA. After five years of marriage, she finally became pregnant. At five weeks of pregnancy, an ultrasound showed one gestational sac inside the uterus. At six weeks, two heartbeats were seen within the sac 💕
After a single embryo transfer, the embryo naturally split and developed into identical twins. Today, the happy parents took their two healthy babies home from the hospital 👨👩👦👦
Although I performed a Single Embryo Transfer (SET), the egg and embryo development process was successful,
and a well-developed embryo can still spontaneously split into twins during the early stages of pregnancy.
“Life naturally finds a way,”
is probably the best way to describe this case. Twins have a higher risk of premature birth, and the mother is only 153 cm tall. She also developed gestational diabetes during pregnancy, which made me very concerned. However, she did an excellent job taking care of herself and her babies throughout the pregnancy 👍. Not only did she carry the pregnancy to full term, but she gained only 10 kg in total. The twins were born weighing 2,975 g and 2,985 g respectively. Both were healthy and within the normal range, surprising everyone 🧐
I am very happy to see this couple's wish come true and their babies born safely. I wish both children continued health and happiness as they grow 💝
㊗️ Wishing you a successful pregnancy and may all your wishes come true 💝
